He was born in 1964 in Adana. His family is from Malatya Darendeli. In 1970, he came to Istanbul and completed his primary, secondary and high school education here.
He started his career in Özyaşar Wire and Galvanizing, a family business, during his high school years and graduated from Eyüp High School in 1981. He gained experience in finance and specialized in this field.
He currently serves as the Chairman of Çokyaşar Holding, Özyaşar Tel ve Galvanizleme A.Ş., Çokyaşar Tel and Vice Chairman of Çokyaşar Halat. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of CWI Albania partnership.
For many years, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Malatyalı Businessmen Association and Darende Education and Culture Foundation. He is married and has two children.
Vice Chairman

He is the Chairman of Çokyaşar Halat, Vice Chairman of Çokyaşar Holding, Özyaşar Tel ve Galvanizleme, Çokyaşar Tel. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of CWI Albania partnership.
He is a member of the Galatasaray Sports Club Congress. He is married and has two children.
